This small balloon garland kit includes 12cm and 28cm bright colored quality latex balloons, fishing line and a link to instructions on how to make the garland.
Once completed the garland will be approximately 1.5m in length.
All balloons are delivered uninflated and we do recommend you use a balloon pump to save time on inflating.
